Can a minor open a Future Savings Account?

Yes, but only through a guardian or a legal representative.

Can a foreigner open a Future Savings Account?

Yes, you just need a valid passport with a visa that does not expire before the end of the chosen term. If you are a national who doesn't require a visa, then you only need to make sure your passport is valid for the term of the chosen term.

Can I be late with a deposit?

Yes. You can make late deposits except for the last scheduled deposit, if you registered for periodic deposits. You can make late deposits up to the last 31 days of the term, if you registered for flexible deposits. Amounts deposited late will only accrue non-term interest for the actual number of days deposited into the savings account.

Do I need to be an existing TPBank customer?

All you need to open this savings account with us is:

I suddenly require my funds for another purpose. Can I withdraw from my account without incurring fees?

If the funds are withdrawn within 2 working days since opening the account, fees will be charged. After that period we will pay back the principal as well as interest at the non-term rate of 1% for actual length of the deposit.

If I forget to get passbook's final settlement, how will TPBank process with my saving?

Base on your final settlement plan chosen when opening passbook, TPBank will rollover your saivng or transfer the principal and interest to your current account or your interest account.

You only need to visit any TPBank branch to open a saving account at the counter.
