Can the PIN provided in PIN mailer sent by the Bank upon card issuance or reissuance of PIN be used in transactions?

The PIN provided in PIN mailer sent by the Bank can be used in transactions if you haven’t changed it. However, to ensure that customer remembers their PIN and avoid risks when card or PIN mailer is lost, customer should change the PIN on ATM or POS. Please refer to “Card manual guidance” for reference. The change can be done at an ATM or POS of TPBank.
*Note: When choosing a PIN, you should avoid predictable numbers including birthday, phone number, ID number or passport number.

What should I do when my account is debited but the ATM does not release the money?

In this case, you should visit the branch - which manages the ATM that you have just made withdrawal. Branch staffs will responsible for guiding you through dispute procedure or contact TPBank to be supported.

What should I do when an ATM card is locked in the machine?

When experiencing card problems, please visit any TPBank branch to inform us or call Hotline at (84 4) 37 683 683 – 1800 58 58 58 (free of charge)
