A compound interest rate swap contract is an agreement between TPBank and a customer on the swapping of interest cash flows, from a fixed interest rate to a floating rate and vice versa, with conditions based on exchange rate fluctuations, interest rates, commodity prices and accumulated according to the agreed payment period on the same nominal capital value.
