In the afternoon of October 26, 2011 in Ho Chi Minh City, TienPhong Bank signed the agreement with the Ho Chi Minh City Credit Guarantee Fund for SMEs (HCGF) on the cooperation in credit supplying and endorsing.
 

SMEs are given the favorable conditions to access credit fund of TienPhong Bank to invest in projects, production and doing business under the endorsement of HCGF. TienPhong Bank and HCGF also prioritize to refer quality customers with credit or endorsement needs to each other.

TienPhong Bank commits to offer several incentives on borrowing conditions, interest rates, collaterals as well as terms and lending procedure for those commercial loans endorsed by HCGF. Depending on the fields of business and production of the firms, TienPhong Bank will offer specific concessional interest rates in the scope of the program to lend out VND 1,000 billion to agriculture - suburban – farmer and another VND 1,000 billion at the rate of 17-19%.

Through the cooperative activities, TienPhong Bank and HCGF will have opportunities to develop and add value to their products and services, create new ones incorporating financial and banking operations to most efficiently exploit the market potential.

HCGF is the bridge between businesses and credit institutions, supporting SMEs on the location of Ho Chi Minh City to access the credit fund of credit institutions.
