Promotion program for new customers opening TPBank JCB international credit card

1. Name of the promotion program: New opening promotion for TPBank JCB International Credit Card
2. Promotion area: Nationwide
3. Promotion form: Gifting goods, providing services without collecting money (free the first year annual fee; and cashback five hundred thousand (500.000) VND for eligible card with total eligible transactions from two million (2.000.000) VND)
4. Promotion period: from January 01st, 2022 until March 15th, 2022

• TPBank JCB credit cards: issue from January 01st, 2022 to January 31st, 2022 .
• Retail sales transaction: made by Eligible card within 30 days since the first activation date and no later than March 15th, 2022.

5. Promotion goods and services: TPBANK JCB INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD.
6. Goods and services used for promotion: Brand gifts according to the detailed list in Clause 8.
7. Customers of the promotion program (who are eligible for promotion):

Individual customers who meet the following conditions:

• Credit Card Holder (including the main card and the supplementary card issued by TPBank during the promotion period); and
• Not applicable to the main policies for employees working at TPBank; and
• No history of issuing and/or closing/cancelling any TPBank Card within 12 months from the date Customer requested for signal to participate in this program.
• Do not violate any terms of this Program or any terms and conditions of using TPBank Credit Cards owned by the Customer.

8. Customers who open a new TPBank JCB international credit card during the Program period will receive the following promotions:

• a) Main Card: Customers receive the following promotions at the same time:
  • Free annual fee for the first year; and
  • Cashback of VND 500,000 for Cardholders who opened TPBank JCB credit card in January 2022 and accumulated spending by that primary card reaches a minimum of two million (2,000,000) VND within 30 days from the activation date, and no later than March 15th, 2022.
• b) Supplementary Card: Free annual fee for the first year

9. Regulations on spending transactions to receive promotions:

• Such transaction must be made with main Card within the first 30 days from the activation date and no later than March 15th, 2022.
• The transaction is payment for goods/services; DO NOT include: cash withdrawal transactions; or transaction on TPBank QuickPay application registered as a merchant as TPBANK QPAY - 57 LY THUONG KIET - HA NOI - VN; or the transaction is suspected to be promotional fraud; or it is suspected that the transaction is not made by the Cardholder, or other transactions detected and determined by TPBank to violate the Program's regulations and/or the Laws.

10. Regulations on reward payment:

• For the promotion form "Free annual fee for the first year": Credit cards are free as soon as they are issued on the system.
• For the form of "Cashback" promotion, which requires spending transactions, the following conditions must be met: Transactions are made with main Card within the first 30 days from the activation date, and no later than March 15th, 2022.

11. Other regulations

• TPBank has the right to change the promotion content and adjust the terms and conditions during the Promotion period without prior notice. The latest regulations will only be published on TPBank's website: www.tpb.vn
• If the program conflicts with any provisions of the Law or any directive of the State Agency, it will change or cancel.
• TPBank is exempt from liability for force majeure events occurring during the program.
• In case the Customers have a complaint, it should be done via phone number 1900 5858 85 or email address dichvu_khachhang@tpb.com.vn of TPBank Customer Service for support.

In the event of a dispute related to the Program, the dispute will be resolved according to the agreement between TPBank and the Customer and must be by the provisions of the Law.
