With ChatPay, users can perform financial transactions such as transferring money, paying bills, checking balances or even managing personal finances like having conversations on chat applications such as Zalo, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram.
TPBank has turned ChatPay into a simple, smart and extremely powerful transaction tool, helping customers easily access financial services safely and securely with simplified operations. ChatPay allows customers to make transfers directly from chat messages by copying and pasting payment information from conversations, using GenAI & OCR technology on popular messaging applications such as SMS, Viber, Facebook Messenger and Zalo, ... without having to enter data using the keyboard. Or, customers can easily calculate the total amount of money going out - money coming in to a certain recipient with just a few simple operations without having to spend time remembering or writing it down.
