ChatPay, which has already elevated money transfer transactions to a new level of personalized experience at TPBank, now offers even more improvements. Customers will enjoy faster, more convenient, and hands-free transactions than ever before, while still ensuring complete security with the "paste to pay" feature—allowing users to paste money transfer details to complete a transaction instead of having to manually input the information.

The new "paste to pay" feature has received positive feedback from a wide range of customers, as it addresses the growing need for seamless money transfers triggered from conversations on messaging platforms and social networks, which have become commonplace for most people in Vietnam.

A “New Breeze” Enhancing the Banking Money Transfer Experience

Two years ago, customers were introduced to the ability to transfer money as easily as sending a chat message through TPBank. Since then, users have been able to easily search for past transactions, find recipients, or sum up the amounts sent/received by any given recipient. ChatPay also helps users easily differentiate between recipients with identical names (if any) in the money transfer list, thanks to a history of past transactions or by allowing users to set a nickname for each contact.

Today, cashless transactions have become the preferred method for many people, and online money transfers have surged, including payments for shopping, dining, travel, transportation, and more. With the increase in online transactions, errors such as sending money to the wrong account number or entering an incorrect amount can easily occur.

Understanding this, TPBank has developed a new feature for ChatPay: "paste to pay"—where users can paste the transfer information to complete the transaction. This feature helps customers reduce manual input, enjoy a seamless money transfer experience, and most importantly, avoid the worry of entering incorrect information.

With the support of AI, whenever a transfer message is received, instead of manually typing, users only need to copy and paste the message into the TPBank app. The app will automatically fill in all the recipient's details—account number, bank, and amount—into the corresponding fields. Customers then only need to enter the transfer message and confirm to complete the transaction.

Additionally, when transferring large amounts of money, the TPBank app includes a helpful reminder, automatically enlarging both the numeric and textual representation of the amount to ensure customers can easily verify and catch any discrepancies. Even more conveniently, if the money transfer amount in the pasted message is written as 100K, 200K, etc., the app's artificial intelligence will still accurately recognize the amount in the corresponding VNĐ unit.
