Thanh Thủy (28 years old), an office worker in Ho Chi Minh City, shares, "What I love most about ChatPay is that when transferring money to someone I know, I just go into ChatPay, search for their name, and select from the list—just like using any regular chat app. But the great thing is, there’s no worry about mistakes because the transaction details are clearly displayed, making the transfer process very easy, just like chatting. Also, I can send a greeting card along with the money during special occasions, which is quite fun and interesting."
