As a young entrepreneur who loves traveling, Minh used to struggle with managing his finances due to the need to constantly move around and run his business remotely. But ever since downloading the TPBank app, Minh has found the key to effortless financial management!

Mr. Dinh Van Chien: TPBank is going big with a very powerful digital strategy, building a super-convenient digital financial ecosystem.
In 2024, TPBank upgraded its entire Core Banking system to better serve customers. With this new version, we can serve more customers and provide faster, smoother transaction experiences. In fact, now we can upgrade the system regularly without interrupting transactions, offering a seamless digital experience.
In 2025, TPBank will continue to improve the interface and user experience on the TPBank app. The improvements are based on thorough research to simplify transactions and make them easier. The new interface will also enhance aesthetics and align more with the preferences of young users.
To deliver an experience beyond expectations, TPBank has been pioneering the use of AI and Big Data to provide personalized experiences. We believe personalization will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.
TPBank App: Personalization Tailored for Gen Z
Interviewer: Could you elaborate on how TPBank applies AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning to deliver a top-notch experience, especially for Gen Z?
Mr. Dinh Van Chien: When we talk about personalization, it may sound like a buzzword, and many users might not fully understand how personalization technology affects them. To put it simply, personalization uses technology to make users' transactions more convenient, helping them easily find the right products and services and providing a more satisfying experience.
TPBank is utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning to deliver super-fast, super-convenient financial experiences for young people:
We have a "marketplace" where you can find hundreds of diverse services. With so many options, to avoid getting lost in a maze of choices, we use AI to recommend services based on customer behavior and needs.
With the ChatPay feature, you can copy a message from a friend on Zalo with mixed-up information, paste it into the feature, and the AI technology will automatically generate a transfer order and fill in the required fields for you.
The TPBank app also features MeZone, where the AI assistant reports your overall financial status, suggests suitable products, and allows you to customize and organize your favorite features. We aim for personalization to be not only for customer groups with similar characteristics but for each individual customer. This means that every TPBank app version will be unique for each person.
Another big plus is that you can open a credit card directly on the TPBank app. We use algorithms to recommend credit limits, and once you agree, you can have the card and add it to Apple Pay for immediate use or pay online, receiving the physical card after a few days.
Thanks to these innovations, TPBank attracted 2.1 million new customers last year, bringing the total number of customers to over 14 million, proving that TPBank has become a trusted companion for young people in all their financial transactions.
