TPBank Inaugurates Tan Uyen Transaction Office
Continuing with the plan to expand its network to best serve customers, Tiên Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) has officially launched TPBank Tan Uyen.
Based on Document No. 3339/NHNN-TTGSNH from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) regarding the approval of the establishment of a TPBank transaction office, including the Tan Uyen Transaction Office; and based on Document No. 139/BDU3 from the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Duong Branch, regarding the approval to change the operational location of TPBank Tan Uyen, it is expected that from April 15, 2025, TPBank Tan Uyen will officially operate at the following address: Lot 230, Map Sheet No. 11, DT747 Road, Group 1A, Quarter 2, Hội Nghĩa Ward, Tan Uyen City, Bình Dương Province.
The transaction space at TPBank Tan Uyen has been carefully invested to meet the growing transaction demands of customers. In addition to a spacious, youthful design with the bank's signature colors, TPBank Tân Uyên is equipped with essential modern technology features typical of a leading digital bank, such as LiveBank 24/7, a 3-in-1 identification device – eCM, and more. With a highly integrated and synchronized ecosystem across all channels and continuous updates of features, traditional transaction channels such as TPBank branches/transaction offices, combined with the digital banking system, offer customers a seamless financial transaction experience across all channels, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, LiveBank 24/7, counter services, and advisors.
As part of the campaign to bring customers closer to the habit of digital channel transactions, when visiting the TPBank Tan Uyen transaction counter, customers will be introduced and guided by staff on how to perform transactions via LiveBank 24/7 without having to wait for their turn at the counter.
In particular, the concern about forgetting cards/ID documents when conducting transactions can be completely eliminated. After registering facial recognition and fingerprint identification factors on the app, at the counter, or at any LiveBank 24/7 point, customers can simply go without carrying documents, and continue their transactions as usual from the next visit. Transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, opening or closing savings accounts, bill payments, and even card issuance, can all be quickly completed at LiveBank 24/7 or the fully digital transaction counter.
