TPBank Listed Among the Best Places to Work in Vietnam and Most Preferred Employer in 2024

In 2024, TPBank (Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank) continues to be included in the list of "100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam" and has also been named the "Most Preferred Employer in the Finance - Banking - Securities Sector" at the "Employer of Choice" awards.

Recently, TPBank was honored to receive the "Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work" award. Notably, this is the fifth consecutive year that TPBank has been ranked in the Top 10 of the banking sector, securing the 6th position. This is also the first year the bank has participated in the rankings for the large enterprise category.

The "100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam" list is published by Anphabe and Intage. It is an annual ranking of work environments, supported by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The evaluation model and methodology are validated by the market research company Intage Vietnam. The survey is based on the assessments of more than 700 companies and 65,000 employees with experience across 18 sectors and industries.

According to the organizers, this year’s rankings saw the inclusion of many new companies, reflecting strong competition in building ideal work environments. This year’s survey also expanded to include in-depth interviews with 253 CEOs, HR directors, and was based on a five-stage talent attraction model (awareness, interest, application, desire, and preference). This model helps companies measure their strengths and weaknesses, improving strategies to attract and retain talent. The "Ideal Workplace" criteria framework from Anphabe has also become a standard regularly used by businesses to assess and guide their human resource strategies.

In addition to being ranked among the "100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam," TPBank has also excelled in securing a spot in the Top 10 "Most Preferred Employers in the Finance - Banking - Securities Sector" in the large enterprise category at the "Employer of Choice" awards, organized by CareerViet. This prestigious annual award is recognized within the business community, among employees, managers, and HR professionals. The award garnered more than 3.8 million views and over 84,000 votes to identify the most preferred employers of the year. The final results were based on objective evaluations and the overall appeal of the work environment, HR policies, and strategies for recruitment, talent attraction, and development.

TPBank’s recognition in the "Employer of Choice" awards reflects the trust and admiration of the workforce toward the bank’s recruitment brand. It is also a recognition of the bank's efforts in creating a dynamic, friendly, and positive work environment, always focusing on developing welfare policies to attract and nurture talent.
