TPBank launches a home loan package for young people with an unprecedented low interest rate of just 3.6%.

Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) has recently launched a special home loan package for young people with the lowest interest rate on the market, starting from just 3.6%, along with a principal deferral of up to 5 years.

At a conference with commercial banks, the Prime Minister requested the State Bank of Vietnam and commercial banks to study and continue offering preferential credit packages for both supply and demand to develop social housing and housing for people under 35 years old. Specifically, to contribute to the development of the real estate market and create more favorable conditions for people to access loans, TPBank quickly researched and introduced a preferential loan package for purchasing, building, and renovating homes aimed at young people.

The loan package offers an interest rate as low as 3.6%, with a maximum loan amount of up to 100% of the customer's loan needs. Understanding the financial pressure on young customers—who are also TPBank's strategic customer group—TPBank has designed a flexible repayment plan based on financial capability, with repayment terms of up to 35 years and no principal repayment for up to 5 years, or only 5% of the principal in the first 5 years. The loan conditions are very simple, with the package available to all customers aged 35 or younger at the time of the loan.

In addition to the preferential home loan package for young people, TPBank is also offering a loan package for purchasing, building, or renovating homes with an interest rate starting from just 6% per year, valid until July 31. Notably, for premium customers, from now until March 31, they can receive a deep interest rate discount, starting from 5.9%, fixed for 12 months.
