How are the big banks taking care of their customers?

Besides investing in infrastructure, continuously showing new digital banking products which suit the needs of customers, big banks often take care of customers from small things.

Gratitude to female customers on International Women’s Day has become an annual activity of TPBank. However, each year this bank has a new activity  that brings a lot of excitement to customers. This year, each female customer who comes to TPBank to make a transaction is welcome with a purple heart by the marshals right at the door of the transaction office and receives a small gratitude gift after the transaction is completed.

Ms Thu Trang (Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi) shared: “I am very happy to receive special wishes on March 8 from TPBank. Although the gift is small but brought me surprise and delight. As a regular customer of TPBank, I find that TPBank is very diligent in understanding customer and has a beautiful and delicate gift every year.”

Mr Pham Dong Anh – Deputy Director of TPBank said: “This activity was implemented by TPBank with a message of thanks, gratitude and express best wishes to women on International Women’s Day. This is also one of the strategies to increase the quality of TPBank’s customer service in recent years.
