TPBank District 11 operates at a new location

Continuing its expansion plan to best serve customers, TPBank has moved the District 11 Transaction Office, part of its Sai Gon branch, to a more central location.

According to Official Letter No. 4410/HCM-TTr3 from the State Bank of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City Branch, TPBank will officially relocate its District 11 office.

As of now, TPBank District 11 will cease operations at its old address and begin operating at the new location: 317 - 317A – 317B To Hien Thanh Street, Ward 13, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

The new transaction space at TPBank District 11 has been expanded to meet the increasing demand for services from customers. Along with a spacious, modern design featuring prominent brand colors, TPBank District 11 is equipped with advanced technology, including essential digital banking features such as LiveBank 24/7 and a 3-in-1 identification device – eCM. As part of the campaign to bring customers closer to digital banking habits, when visiting the counter, customers will be introduced and guided by staff to perform transactions independently at LiveBank 24/7, without waiting in line for a counter service.

Notably, concerns about forgetting a card or ID when visiting for transactions can be completely eliminated. After registering facial recognition and fingerprint data just once, customers can simply visit without needing to bring their physical IDs and can transact as usual. Transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, opening and closing savings accounts, bill payments, and even card issuance can be quickly completed via LiveBank 24/7 or the fully digitized counter.
