For apartment purchasing loan, you only need to provide these additional documents:

  • Family register/KT3/Temporary resident permit
  • Single status Certificate/ Marriage Registration Certificate

I want to apply for a loan to purchase an apartment, can I use this asset as collateral for the loan at TPBank?

Yes. Curently TPBank can lend money to customer who buy house or apartment of projects linked with TPBank and use this house or apartment as collateral

I don’t have any collateral to secure my home purchasing loan, can I use my parents’ assets instead?

Do I have to purchase insurance policy for my house?

Yes, the insurance does not only insure the Bank’s mortgage but also insures your own benefit.

I want to apply for a loan to renovate the house, do TPBank require to provide the Building permit?

If you renovation doesn’t change the exterior structure of the house, you won’t need to get a Building permit. You only need to list detail costs of the renovation process. Please contact with your nearest branch to be consulted by our professional business team.
