Being one of the commercial banks to participate actively in electronic tax payment services, TPBank has signed an agreement with the General Department of Vietnam Customs from August 2015 and launched pilot program in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. After four months in operations, the General Department of Vietnam Customs has allowed TPBank to expand this service nationwide since 10th January 2016.
TPBank online tax payment service has been highly appreciated by customers for its convenience as clients can pay tariffs or domestic taxes anytime, anywhere via TPBank website (www.tpb.vn or ebank.tpb.vn/biz) without having to register in advance, going to the bank and can be done on many different devices such as computers, mobile phones ... Corporate taxes can also be transferred directly to the tax department so that customers can make customs clearance immediately.
To encourage customers to pay taxes online, from now until 30th April 2016, TPBank will reduce fee/or free of charge for taxpayers making transactions via website of TPBank. Also, the staff is always ready to guide and assist customers through dedicated service operator or anywhere requested by the customer.
Tax payment via bank is an innovation step which is supported by the State Bank, the General Department of Taxation, General Administration of Customs ... to promote the development and mobilization of banks and enterprises to actively provide the service. Electronic tax collection service help businesses to save time, costs, significantly reduce workload for the tax authorities, while contributing to promote non-cash payments in the economy.
TPBank has also launched a new version of eBank Biz with many facilities such as electronic tax payment, money transfer in batch… The new version allows settings from 1 to 5 levels to approve the transaction in line with different management needs of every business. The system sends notification to the browser and management via email, SMS of every transaction to help ensure the safety and limit risk for businesses.
