Deputy CEO cum Chief Information Officer

Mr. Bui Quang Cuong joined TPBank from the beginning of the bank establishment in May 2007. Mr. Cuong used to hold important positions such as: Head of IT Center, acting Director of TPBank's Card and Electronic Banking Center, Head of Information Technology (IT) Division. In November 2021, Mr. Cuong was appointed to the position of Deputy CEO and Director of Information Technology Division. Mr. Cuong has more than 22 years of experience in the banking and IT fields, having held important technology management positions at 3C Company and VID Public Bank. Mr. Cuong holds a Bachelor of Science, Hanoi University.

In September 2014, Mr. Bui Quang Cuong was honored to be awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam for his “Excellent achievements contributing to the Banking mission in 2012 – 2013 ".
